• Consulting

  • We will work closely with you to find out the specific needs of your project. What markets are you targeting? What is the optimal price? Which raw materials will work best for the product’s purpose? When is the time to market? Volumes? You supply the parameters and we will recommend a course of action most beneficial to you.

• Sourcing

  • With project in hand, we will search our network for the factory that can best produce the product you want. We factor in variables such as lead times, ship points, freight consolidation and payment terms.

• Prototyping

  • Once the project framework has been determined, we will have samples made and sent to you for inspection. Changes and improvements will be made in this stage. Nothing moves forward until you are fully satisfied.

• Factory Visits

  • At your request, we will set up in-person meetings with the factories. You will be able to view their operations first hand as well as how your products are produced.

• Consolidating

  • When necessary, we will arrange for freight consolidation so different products from different factories can ship together, saving time and money.

• Inspecting

  • We make personal visits to the factories for quality inspections before each shipment.

• Paperwork

  • We take care of all the paperwork for each shipment, including import documents, invoicing, inspection reports and certificates.

• Financial

  • As needed, we process and coordinate bank documents such as Letter of Credits and D/A & D/P shipments.
